Friends and family of the late Garry Cox are invited to attend his funeral service which will be held at St. Matthews Anglican Church, Kiewa Street, Albury on Thursday 5th July 2018 commencing at 10.30am.  Private Cremation.

We knew your time was coming
And soon we would have to part
Your weary days are over
And troubled nights have passed
God gently took you from us
And gave you peace at last.

No flowers by request, in lieu of flowers, donations can made in memory of Garry to Asbestos Diseases Research Institute.

    Cox, Garry Leonard
    Passed away peacefully with family by his side on 30th June 2018 at Chris O’Brien Lifehouse Cancer Hospital in Sydney after an 11 year battle with Mesothelioma.
    Aged 69 years young. Loving husband of 40 years to Lynne. Cherished father to Damian and Chelsea, father-in-law to Tamara & Ross. Adored Grandfather to Zoe, Vida, Mia, Lucy & Ava. Son of George (dec) & Mary Cox. Brother to Chery & friend to many.

    Peace at last.
    Always in our hearts and will be sadly missed.

    My condolences and compassion to all the extended Cox family., especially Lynne, Chelaea and Damien. Thank you for being my kind and supporting neighbours at 372 Rau St, East Albury 1982 for 3 or so years.
    Garry , I will always remembered for his assistance when I was in need of help in my new home. Lynne too.
    I cannot imagine the challenge of the long years fighting this disease, I can simply admire your dedication and courage. Yours and Garrys. With love and blessings, Annette Simmons. Aka Anne Tynan.

    Garry was such a gentleman and all round nice guy.It was a pleasure knowing Garry,Chery,Uncle George & our precious Aunty Mary since early Childhood.
    I so admired his love & devotion to his Family,Mother and sister. He was a wonderful son and brother. You were very blessed Lynne to have such a great faithful husband and friend.
    May he Rest In Peace.
