Today is a sad day for the Cudmore family as we celebrate the life of Sr Kathleen, or Sr Kate as many of us called her. Sr Kathleen has been such a warm and welcoming presence throughout my life, and I will miss the rare opportunities I had to catch up with her at family gatherings, or more recently on too-infrequent trips to Albury. One of my fondest relatively-recent memories of Sr Kathleen was on an outing to the Albury Botanical Gardens with my sister. It was a beautiful day in beautiful surroundings, and I will return to that memory whenever I think of Kathleen.
I would return to the beginning in a heartbeat. Rest in peace.
May you rest now in God’s Garden, Sr Kathleen. I will always remember your warmth and great sense of humour. May you join my Aunt Mary in heaven and be at peace. Love always Maryanne and family.
