Funeral Notices

A memorial service to celebrate the life of the late Mrs Christine Watson will be held at the Alistair Todd Chapel, The Scots School, Albury on Wednesday 25 October 2017 commencing at 11am.  A private cremation service will be held prior.

A celebration of the life of the late Mrs Faith Holmes Brown will be held at St Matthew’s Anglican Church, Kiewa Street,  Albury on Saturday 21st October 2017 commencing at 11.00am.

A private family burial will take place at the Yabba Cemetery.

The funeral service to celebrate the life of the late Mr Luke Ellis will be held at the Lester & Son Chapel, 49 Thomas Mitchell Dr Wodonga on Friday October 20th, 2017 commencing at 10.30am.  Private Cremation.

The funeral service to celebrate the life of the late Mr Jackson Grant will be held at the Lester & Son Chapel, 49 Thomas Mitchell Dr Wodonga on Friday October 20th 2017 commencing at 2:30pm.  Private Cremation.

Family and friends of the late Mr Tiny Collins are informed that the celebration of his life will take place at the Evergreen Chapel, Lester & Son Funeral Home, 359 Wantigong St North Albury on Thursday 19th October 2017 commencing at 3:00pm, followed by a private cremation.

Family and Friends of the late Gwen Fifield are invited to attend the celebration of her life which will be held at the St Andrews Uniting Church, Balfour St, Culcairn, on Monday 16th October 2017, commencing at 2pm. Following the conclusion of the service, the cortege will leave for the Culcairn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Albury Cat Rescue or Albury Wodonga Animal Rescue would be appreciated. Envelopes available at the Church.

Family and friends of the late Mr Rajko Vaskovic are invited to attend his funeral service to be held at the Serbian Orthodox Church, High St, Wodonga on Tuesday 10 October 2017 commencing at 10.00am.  At the conclusion of the service the cortege will leave for Wodonga Cemetery.

A funeral service to celebrate the life of the late Cherie Antoinette Frank  will be held at the Lester & Son Chapel, 49 Thomas Mitchell Dr, Wodonga on Friday 13 October 2017 commencing at 10.30am.  Private Cremation.

Mass of Christian Burial for the Repose of the soul of the late Mr Lionel Sefton will be offered at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Prune St, Lavington on Friday October 13, 2017 commencing at 11:00am. At the conclusion of the Mass, the cortege will leave for the Glenmorus Gardens Lawn Cemetery, Union Rd Albury.

Family and friends of the late Mr Hayden Corrigan are informed that the celebration of his life will take place at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, cnr Mate & Swan Sts North Albury on Wednesday 11th October 2017 commencing at 1:30pm. At the conclusion of the Prayers, the cortege will leave for the Glenmorus Gardens Lawn Cemetery, Union Rd Albury.
