Prayers of Thanksgiving to celebrate the life of the late Mr Peter (Postie) Ivers will be held at the Evergreen Chapel, Lester & Son Funeral Home, 359 Wantigong St, Albury on Monday 21st March 2016 commencing at 1.30pm. Private Cremation.

Passed away at BUPA Nursing Home, Wodonga aged 84 years. Loving father of John, Brian and Nico. Loved Grandpa Postie of Renee; George, David and Lauren; Mackensy, Montanna, Harry and Fletcher.
To the Ivers Family,
Very sad to hear of the passing of Peter,(my second cousin, and first cousin to my father Jack Grant) and wish to forward my condolences to you all, as well as those of my wife Maureen, and my children Michelle and Bradley.
Being only six years younger than Peter, he was more like a first cousin to me, and we had many happy times and experiences from an early age and into later life, until his move to Albury.
On the occasions we met there was always much laughter and fun, enjoyed by all those present, most precipitated by Peter.
Vale Pete, give my regards to Dor(Shesh),Ted, Mocca, June and Lenny, until we meet again.
Thanks Kevin, I am named after Brian Grant. Postie was my dad.
Dad is with the rest of the family that are in Heaven and no longer in pain. Hope to meet you one day. Stay safe and God bless you and your family.
