My brother Roger Coulston and my father Dennis Coulston were both saddened to hear about the death of Askold. They both enjoyed his company. Roger really appreciated the time he took (when Roger was young) to take him hunting, fishing and gliding. Askold showed Roger another side of life that he still remembers fondly. They have asked that I extend their deepest sympathy to Katie, Lara and Heidi. They both say Askold was a good man.

Askold loved being outdoors and active and I have special memories of all the fun we had together. We would ski at Falls Creek and Mt Buller, go hunting with Charlie at Tangambalaga, fish for crays on the Murray river and go sailing at Williamstown. We also played many games of chess at Willow St; which he mostly won!
The visits to Wondonga to see Askold , Katie and the girls will always be fresh in our memories
Deepest sympathy to Katie and all the family
