Passed away at the Mercy Hospital with family by her side. Wife of Harry Meade (dec) and loving wife of Bob. Cherished mother of Annette and Martin; Sharon and David: Narelle and Peter. Wonderful friend of Rob and Jo; Peter and Denise; Julia and Harvey. Nanna Claire to all her grandchildren.
