Family and friends of the late Mrs Grace West are invited to attend the celebration of her life which will be held at the St Paul’s Anglican Church, Young St, Holbrook, on Friday 24th August 2018 commencing at 2pm. At the conclusion of the service, the cortege will leave for the Holbrook Cemetery.
In Lieu of flowers please make donations to the Holbrook Hospital. Envelopes available at the church.

Dearly loved wife of Colin. Much loved mother of Susanne, Cheryl, Michael, and Gail. Loving mother in law of Geoff, Laurie, Melinda, and Jack. Grandmother of Dan, Shannon, Ben, Kate, Kori, Nicholas, Carlee, Sam, Alex, Eva, and Tess. Great grandmother of Rory, Jack, Hannah, Teija, Dante, Giselle, Matisse, Charlie and Oliver.
A golden heart stopped beating,
Hard work hands to rest,
It broke our hearts to see you go,
God only takes the best.
They say that memories are golden,
Well maybe that is true,
But we never wants memories,
We only wanted you.
Your life was love & Labour,
Your love for your family true,
You did your best for all of us,
