What an absolute ripper bloke Peter was.

Such a pleasure to spend time with he and Janet all those years ago, when they both so kindly offered me to stay with them when I was bashing around the bush, as a rag trade agent.

I’m sorry we didn’t get to have a couple beers and a Red on the Monday night Pete!

My Best Wishes to you Janet and the Family.

    Ken.

PS. Colin Howse sends his Sympathy too Jan.

I am deeply saddened to hear of Peter’s passing. It was a privilege to have known him, and to have cared for him. He always brought a smile to my face with his humour and his positive approach to life. His visits were, I suspect, therapeutic to us both in equal measure. My sincere condolences to Peter’s family.

To Janet, Michael & Kathryn, Sophie & Tom & Charlie – We express our sincere and deepest sympathy to you and your extended family & friends. Wizza was a passionate Club person whose support and opinion was greatly valued at all levels. He was most enjoyable convivial company; never had a bad word about anyone; was always true to his word; and, above all, an absolute gentleman. His legacy will endure on in happy and pleasant memories and for the sheer gratitude to have known him. He will be terribly missed by all of us.
