I am writing to you as a colleague of Terry’s, although I did not know Terry personally, we did communicate over some of my customers that Terry looked after for me. I always found him to be a true gentleman, he will be a loss to our business and I hope it is some small comfort to you to know that he was valued and respected by his colleagues and customers alike.
