Of Wodonga, formerly of Kiewa and Tumut. Beloved wife of Len (dec). Loved mother and mother-in-law to Wayne & Nettie, and Karen. Loving grandmother to Kerryn, Elisha, Rick, Kale and their families. Adored great grandmother to 7….and growing!

Family and friends of Aileen are invited to attend the celebration of her life which will take place at St John’s Anglican Church 225 Beechworth Rd Wodonga on Thursday 20th June 2024 commencing at 1.00 pm. At the conclusion of the service, the cortege will leave for the Kiewa Cemetery.

    Aileen was a lovely lady, albeit a cheeky one. Always had a smile on her face, a helping hand ,for anyone.
    a beautiful mother, grandmother, great grand mother, friend and my wonderful cousin, who I called Cuz , when emailing her. I might add that she was a great historian of our large clan., wasn’t anything she didn’t know.

    To Karen, Wayne, Nettie and your families, you will always be welcomed in our home in Queensland.

    I’m so sorry to read this news but am also happy Aileen’s struggle is over, the last few months were hard work for her. Aileen was such an amazing inspirational woman whom absolutely adored her entire family with so much passion and love and I admired her more each year I cleaned her home and heard her stories, I will miss seeing her beautiful face every Monday 😭 love and sympathies to Wayne, Nettie, Karen and families… RIP Aileen 💐🌼

    Dear Karen , Wayne Nettie and families thinking of you all. Aileen was a great friend and cousin. So many fond memories. Enjoying the baby sitting, all the races, the Footy get togethers.
    We all appreciated your kindness keeping an eye on mum, it helped Cathy and Denise a lot.

    Aileen lite up every room she entered, and when she left , the room was even emptier for her absence. She was a joy to know , and my family owe her a lifetime of gratitude after The Mills “ Gods Speed you to heaven, where you belong, a peace for heavens only knows. I loved you .

    Farewell, Dad and. I got arrested outside your house after counsin Andrew’s wedding, I defied the cops to breath test him as he had heart problems, they arrested me for obstruction. Look off my shoelaces, lest I do a Epstein , and Paul Muntz bailed me out , Dad was treated like a king by Wodonga police , I like an upstart from University interfering in the town of Wodonga.
