Passed away peacefully at Albury Base Hospital. Dearly loved wife of Des (dec). Much loved mother of Maree (dec), Michael and Kate. Fond mother-in-law of Liz. Adored and loved Nanny of Sarah and Darcy; Megan; Claire and John; and Rebecca. Cherished Nanny Joan of Pippa, Oliver and Oscar.
Forever in our hearts.
Funeral to be held at Lester & Son Chapel, 49 Thomas Mitchell Drive Wodonga on Friday 2nd December 2022 at 11am. A private cremation will be held.

    Thinking of you all at this time. It’s a comfort to know Joan had a full and long life. She is now at rest. Sad she has gone but glad I got to know her. Send her off with a glass of wine in your hand and joy in your heart. It’s what she would have wanted. Love, Dez.

    Joan was a beautiful lady that contributed to our community, we had many good times and laughed often.

    The most memorable was our trip to Cats the musical, Joan took us on the Sydney underground after midnight on a Friday night a real eye opener .
