Ann passed away peacefully at Monash Hospital Clayton. Loving daughter of Theodor and Maria Kowalczuk (both dec). Dearly loved sister and sister-in-law of Helen, Vladimir (dec) & Amanda, Olga & Gary. Devoted and cherished Aunty Ann of Belinda & Brendan, Jeremy & Kim, Sasha & Troy, Andre & Kat, Corey & Coreena, Tara, Jordan. Beloved and adored Great Aunty Ann to louis, Hudson, Cooper, Indie, Skyla, Blaise, Phoenix and Talitha.

She Fought Till The Very End

Due to COVID restrictions a private family funeral will be held.
