Playing pool and being no fool,
You held the cue with strength.
You lined up the shots and drank no pots,
    Had lemon lime and bitters.
You cooked lamb chops but not too hot,
    Better than over done.
Who’s thirsty now, you and me,
Come inside luv let’s have a cup of tea.
Reading the bible there is no rival,
    You done your best.
It’s now time for you to rest.
Thanks Harold for all the good times.

    Love always, Kylie and Anthony.

You weren’t just an amazing grandfather to us, but also an amazing great-grandfather. You taught us the meaning of life. To have humanity, to be kind and respectful, to chase our goals and be humble. You will forever be in our hearts. Your legacy will live on through us. Pop, we love you, now and forever.

Harold was a no. 1 bloke. Bob and I enjoyed many outings with him and Betty.
On our visits Betty couldn’t have chosen a better partner.
Enjoyed eating his gingernut biscuits right up to his 90’s.
Our love goes with you Harold.
My family and I send our love and condolences to all the family.
    God Bless.

Our sadness on your passing is matched by our joy in knowing you Harold. We loved coming up to Albury and seeing you every Christmas – it was something that we always looked forward to, and we’ll miss forever now.
You always welcomed us with open arms and we loved listening to your many stories from a bygone era. We have some idea of bullock drays and working in unbelievable conditions from your first hand accounts – you certainly had to be tough in those good old days!
You were kind, generous and had a great sense of humour. We will miss you Harold.

It was a privilege to know you, Harold, and to be able to share in a little of the family’s good times together. Although we know you are in the Best Place with The Lord and those Dear Ones gone before, we will miss your gentle, wise, fun loving presence here for a time. (And your great memory!) Although we couldn’t be there in person with your loved ones to farewell you, we are certainly there in Spirit.

To Milton, Cathy & your family we are forever grateful for your kindness, genuine love and dedication to Harold, which also enabled us to enjoy his company in Tasmania towards the end of last year.
With love from Jack, Stuart, Melissa, Olivia, Ruby, Grace and Maisie. (& Kate)
