Passed away peacefully at Tallangatta Health. Former husband of Lorraine (dec), dearly loved and wonderful father to Jenny (dec) and Brenda. Loved son of Jack & Myrtle (both dec), loved brother of Ken (dec), Bill (dec), Graeme (dec) and Gwenda Quick. Loved son-in-law of Frank & Elizabeth Harrington (both dec).  Fond brother-in-law of Margaret & Ben Kable (both dec), Ruth, Kerri, Lorraine and David.  Kind uncle to their families.

You may have left this world behind,

but you will never leave our hearts and mind.

A gentle nature, a heart of gold,

these are the memories we will hold

 

Family and friends of Ian are warmly invited to attend the celebration of his life which will take place at the Lester & Son Chapel, 49 Thomas Mitchell Drive Wodonga on Thursday 24th March 2022 commencing at 2.00 pm, followed by a private cremation.

    Dear Brenda
    So sorry to read of the death of your father. I know he will now be at peace. I pray you find comfort as you gather with family and friends to farewell your dad whom it is obvious you loved so deeply. Go gently into all the future holds knowing your fathers gentle touch on your soul.

    Brenda so sorry to hear about Ian (POP) passing. He was one of the the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure to know. My thoughts and love are with you always, I know you will miss him .
