    Nan,

Thank you for the love you showed me, being my listening ear when needed and for all the beautiful memories we shared together.
I know you fought with every last breath to meet your second great grandchild but god had other plans.
You truly were the proudest great granny, and it warms my heart Ari was able to blow you a kiss and tell you how much she loved you before the angels took you to your final resting place.
    Until we meet again…
Rest In Peace Nan. We love you! xxx
