John, a great neighbour, a mentor and inspiration to our two sons, we will ever remain your friend. As we drive by your home now we will always think of you.

Memories of JR – Red Suzuki 4WD. Photos of where he lived in Milton Keynes & their golden retriever, “Jelly”. Picnic at Woolshed Falls, Beechworth. Handstands at the Towong Picnic Races. Jack & Janine’s wedding. The Wagga house he designed & built. Zadok the Priest. Impersonating Jimmy Durante & Groucho Marx. Colonel Bogey March – rendition similar to blowing a raspberry – while marching comically around the room. Kirsty’s birthday at McDonald’s (those chocolate thickshakes!). Wimbledon tennis finals high tea & champers at midnight. PhD – computer graphics. Sunday Jazz at the Albury Regional Art Gallery. Green Rover. Post-Christmas lunch snooze on the sofa at Jan & Bill’s. MBC @ CSU. House block research & purchase negotiations. Drive to Noosa Heads & New Year with cousin Steve. Crosby. Peg & Steve. Blackpool Illuminations. Liverpool win at Everton. Dot in Lincoln. London. Raffles, Singapore. Rogue Liverpudlian accent. Cheeky grin … and that twinkle in your eyes. Sadly missed, JR. Never forgotten.
