The service to celebrate Peter’s life will be held in the Evergreen Chapel, Lester and Son, 359 Wantigong Street, North Albury on Thursday 10th February 2022, commencing at 10.30am. Following the service, the cortege will proceed to Glenmorus Memorial Gardens, for burial.

Shocked and sad to read of Peter’s passing. I knew Peter before we even started school. A polite, lovely man who will be missed at our school reunions. Sorry I can’t make it to Albury for the funeral. RIP

Deepest sympathy and condolences to the Newman family. I grew up with Pete in Albury and knew him socially, in sport (cycling) and with work. He was a gentleman and a kind man. Always good for the latest news & gossip. He will be sadly missed. Goodbye dear friend.
