22.10.1936 – 03.05.2023

Passed away suddenly. Much loved and loving husband of Jillian. Adored father of Stewart, Alison and Helen and their partners Kris, Rick and Ross and special friend to Alison. Cherished grandfather of Tom, Charles, James, Kate, Will, Hattie and George.

Family and friends of Don are warmly invited to his celebration of life to be held at St. Matthew’s Anglican Church, 516 Kiewa St, Albury on Thursday 11th May 2023 commencing at 2pm.
This will be followed by a private cremation.

In lieu of flowers you are welcome to donate to Epworth Medical Foundation – Research at emf.org.au

    Jill am thinking of you & your family at this the
    sadest of times. It is impossible to think of what to say that will in anyway ease your pain. Everyone I speak to that knew Don focus on what an absolutely decent man he was in every sense.

    Dear all wonderful Fielders,
    What an extraordinary man he was and will remain in our memories as the larger than life, enthusiastic, witty, scholarly, athletic, inventor and incredibly generous and caring friend. We feel so lucky to have had him in our lives and hope you all will be able to be together to share your wonderful happy memories of him. For now, our love, thoughts and prayers are sure with you in sharing your grief across these many miles!
