Family and friends of the late Mr Samuel Goddard are informed that his Memorial Service will be held at St Matthew’s Anglian Church, 520 Kiewa St Albury on Thursday 9th October 2014 commencing at 12:30pm. This service will be preceded by a private family cremation.
GODDARD, Dr Samuel James – (retired eye surgeon) passed away peacefully after receiving the Last Rites at the Albury Base Hospital on Sunday 5th October 2014. An intelligent, self effacing man who was guided by the spiritual quest. Resident of Albury for over 50 years. Much respected and loved husband of Marion (dec). Loving father of David (Sydney), Christopher (Melbourne), Andrew (USA), and father-in-law of Aisha Krystyna and Gail. Godfather of Genevieve Milham. Much loved grandfather of Stephen, Paul, James, Amanda, Carolyn and Amirah.
We are sorry to hear of Sam’s passing. Our deepest condolences to all the family. It was our pleasure to have met Sam and to have had the opportunity to spend some time with him.
