Family and friends of the late Mrs Glenys Pearl Reed are informed that the celebration of her life will take place at the Lester & Son Chapel, 49 Thomas Mitchell Dr, Wodonga on Monday January 9th, 2017 commencing at 10am. At the conclusion of the service the cortege will leave for the Wodonga Cemetery.
To Doug and family, all the members of the Murray Wheezers send their condolences, sadly due to doctor and optometrist’s appointments Thelma and Alison wont be able to attend the service. I may be late but will be there. Glenys was such a help on the Wodonga side for our support group and she will be sadly missed.
As a fellow Christian I know she is in a much better place and I thank God for her life and kindness.

My name is Rachel Reed; I am Richard’s wife. I am writing to acknowledge your kind email of Jan 6 . I know he appreciated the fact that you took the time to write, and would have replied himself, but has been swamped with the start of his new job, teaching maths & science to Years 7 – 9.
We are personally thankful that we got a chance to see her before she passed away; we have just relocated to Melbourne after 14 year of living/working in Zambia, so we were not certain that we would make it back in time. But God blessed us with some lovely times together before she died, and for that we are grateful.
Like you, we are very much aware & thankful that God has called her home to heaven, and that she is now pain-free and rejoicing in his presence – far, far better than anything we could ask or imagine for her here on this earth.
