Passed away peacefully at Holbrook Hospital with family by his side. Father of Jessica.

Family and friends are warmly invited to the celebration of Jeff’s life which will be held at St Paul’s Anglican Church, 36 Young Street, Holbrook on Friday 28th July 2023 commencing at 11am. Following the service the cortege will make its way to the Holbrook Lawn Cemetery, Millswood Road, Holbrook.
