Funeral Notices

The funeral service for the late Bluey Burden will be held at the Mechanic’s Institute Hall, Main St, Cudgewa on Friday 21st August 2015 commencing at 2pm.  Private cremation.

A Memorial Service to celebrate the life of Dr Brendan Francis Pattison will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Mate Street, North Albury on Friday 21st August 2015, commencing at 11.00am.  This service will have been preceded by a private cremation.  At Brendan’s request please wear some colour.

No flowers by request.

Family and friends of the late Mrs Doreen Hodge are informed that the celebration of her life will take place at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, David St Albury on Wednesday 19th August 2015 commencing at 1.30pm. At the conclusion of the service the cortege will leave for the Glenmorus Gardens Cemetery, Union Rd Albury.

Family and friends of the late Mr Gregory Howard are informed that the celebration of his life will take place at St Matthew’s Anglican Church, Kiewa St Albury on Friday 14th August 2015 commencing at 10.30am. A private Cremation will take place after this service.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Alzheimer’s Australia would be appreciated.Envelopes will be available at the church.

The funeral service to celebrate the life of the late Mr Leslie (Digger) Boadle will be held at The Evergreen Chapel, Lester & Son Funeral Home, 359 Wantigong St North Albury on Monday August 17th 2015 commencing at 2pm. The cortege will leave for the Glenmorus Gardens Lawn Cemetery at the conclusion of the service.

Family and friends of the late Mr Elmore Seidel are invited to attend the celebration of his life which will take place at St David’s Uniting Church, (Cnr Olive and Wilson St)  Albury, Wednesday 19th August, 2015, commencing at 10.30am. At the conclusion of the service the cortege will leave for the Glenmorus Gardens Lawn Cemetery, Union Road Albury.

The funeral service for  the late Mr Colin Lester Yensch will be held at the Evergreen Chapel, Lester & Son Funeral Home, Cnr of Mate and Wantigong Sts, North Albury on Friday 14th August 2015 commencing at 2.00pm.  At the conclusion of the service the cortege will leave for the Glenmorus Gardens Lawn Cemetery.

Jack Ainsworth

The late Mr Jack Rider passed away peacefully at the Culcairn Hospital on Saturday August 1, 2015 in his 90th year. A hard working and compassionate farmer with a quick wit and kind heart, his passing is a loss to the community. He will be remembered with affection.

Family and Friends of the late Mrs Gladys Martin are informed that the celebration of her life will be held at the Evergreen Chapel, Lester and Son Funeral Home, Cnr of Mate and Wantigong Streets, North Albury, on Wednesday 12th August 2015 commencing at 2.00pm.  In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Asthma Association. Envelopes will be available at the service.  Private Cremation.
