Forever loved and cherished by Sjaan, Curt, Renee, Luke and Luke, former wife Jan and brother Joop. Adored Opa, dearly missed by Thomas, Charlie, Jack, Kiah, Hugo and Gus.
Dad you left an indelebile mark on the hearts and minds of many and you will live on forever in our memories. Have a lekker slaapje now Dad.
