A Mass of Christian Burial for John will be offered at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 330 Swan St Albury on Wednesday 17th April 2024 commencing at 10.00 am. At the conclusion of the Mass, the cortege will leave for the Glenmorus Gardens Lawn Cemetery, 54 Glenmorus St Glenroy.

Loving wife to Max for 58 years. Beautiful mum and mother-in-law to, Alison & Chris, Jeffrey & Joanne. Adored Nan to Maddison, Lara and Abby.

Jeannette you were my loving wife of 63 years, and I will always love you until the day I die. Until we meet again, all my love, John.

Late of Glenroy NSW. Formerly of East Albury and the City of Parramatta.
Beloved wife of John ‘Jack’ King (dec.).
Loving mother and mother-in-law to Elizabeth & David, Wayne & Michelle, former daughter-in-law Suellen and Nanny to grandchildren Crystal, Daniel, Mathew, Scott, Timothy & their partners, and great-grandchildren Lilly, Logan & Leyton.

DUNKLEY
Dunkley, Bruce Ernest
Bruce, 86, died peacefully at Borella House on Friday 19 April, surrounded by his family. He is once again with his beloved wife of 64 years, Annie, who passed away last year, and his brothers, Mervyn, Alan, and Brian.
He leaves behind his three children Sue (Phil), Malcolm (Chrissie) and Neil (Chris) and his five grandchildren Caitlin (Michael), Amy, Jack, Ethan, and Joe.
Family and friends were always an important part of Bruce’s life, even in the difficult years as dementia took its toll. Through it, he enjoyed visits from the family, banter with the staff, and retained his naughty sense of fun. He loved spending time and sharing memories.
Bruce’s family wishes to especially thank the staff at Borella who were compassionate, empathetic, and treated him as though he was part of their family, his GP, Nikita, and Kathy from the Palliative Care team.
Bruce’s life will be celebrated on Friday 26 April at 2.00 pm at St David’s Uniting Church, Albury. Refreshments will be served; the location will be announced at the service. A private cremation will follow.
