It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we announce the untimely passing of our dearly beloved Riley Jacob Heffernan. Riley left us early on the morning of Monday 17th June comfortably in his own bed with Cooper by his side.

Son of Kerrie Heffernan and Myles Buckley.
Brother and best mates with Shannon, Julia, Grace, Michael and Stephanie. Loving Father of Jace. Uncle of Ivy, Halle, Isaiah, Letti, Kelly, Charlotte and Billy. Cooper was his loyalist companion.

Forever & Always In Our Hearts.

The funeral service for Riley will be held at St Matthews Anglican Church, 516 Kiewa Street Albury, on Friday 12 July 2024, commencing at 1:30pm.
A private family burial will take place.

    Very beautiful kind and loving family. I had the privilege of knowing this young man an he is someone that I instantly had respect for. Kind but never afraid. loyal an trusted by all that he met. Incredible strength an never intimidated always standing up for his beliefs an willing to take on anyone or anything that he believed was morally right. A really beautiful sol. If everyone was half the man Ryley was then the world would be twice as good an have half the problems. He has left us way to early in life but he definitely had a positive impact on me an I’m sure he did on everyone he met. These kind of people are rare an a real privilege to know. Ryley had a calm but sharp intelligence that we could all learn something from. I especially witnessed the way he looked out for his brother Michael an made sure he was a strong loyal caring person an he made sure everyone around him was also. You will be missed so much Ryley say hello to my brother up there. My brother is still my mentor an even from up there his presence is with me every step. Love ya Ryley you are an inspiration you will never be forgotten by those that new you brother until we meet again keep smiling an thank you for being you.
