Passed away peacefully at Mercy Place on Thursday 15th December 2022, aged 98 years. Daughter of Edward & Annie Goodger. Beloved wife of Jack (dec). Loved and cherished Mother and Mother-in-law of Frank & Jane, Anne & Mike, Trish & John and Jude & Peter. Devoted Grandma of David & Catherine Matthews, Jacqui, Danielle, Jeremy & Petra Fornasiero, Melissa & Adam Reis, Damien, Perryn & Brendan Carroll. Adored Great-Grandmother of Ryan, Rafael, Eddie, Alexis, Georgia, Jasper, Lani, Darcy, Patrick, Elizabeth and Frankie.

Now at peace.

A Mass of Christian Burial for the late Mrs. Irene Matthews will be offered at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 330 Swan Street North Albury, commencing at 11am on Wednesday 28th December 2022. At the conclusion of the Mass, the cortege will leave for the Glenmorus Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 54 Glenmorus Street Glenroy.
