Passed away peacefully on Sunday 5th of August 2024 aged 85 years. Dearly loved wife of Joe (dec) of 63 years, loved mother of Michelle and Jillian, and dear friend of Karla and Stephen. Adored Nan of Matt and Jane, and dear friend of James. Special Great-Nan of Lacey, Daisy and Riley.

Mum, no words can express my love and admiration of you. Your kindness, strength, and unwavering love knew no bounds. You have been such a significant person in my life and have made me the person I am. I will miss our 5o’clock phone calls, Happy Hours, fixing your phone that you had not touched and best bets. Now free of pain rest peacefully mum until we are together again.

Mum, you fought a long battle to stay with us. You are now a beautiful memory that I will keep locked inside my heart. Reunited with Dad, sleep peacefully.

Thankyou, Mum, for the times we shared, the love you gave, the way you cared. We treasure the times we had together; we wish they could have gone on forever. Mum, you leave us a place no one can fill, we love you Mum and always will.

Requiem Mass for the Repose of the Soul of Maureen Reuss will be offered at St Matthew’s Catholic Church, 22-26 Windham St, Yackandandah on Friday 16th August 2024 commencing at 11am. Following Mass the cortege will make its way to the Yackandandah Cemetery, Yackandandah-Wodonga Rd, Yackandandah.

    Maureen What can I say . You were one in a million and I am devastated to know that I will.no longer see you scooting around at work and always asking me if I have had a coffee or if I want one..You will be missd by everybody who knew you and loved you especially me at Westmont and my thoughts go out to Jillian and family and Michelle and family and such honoured to meet.such an amazing lady. .Rest in peace Beautifull lady xx
