Passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Sunday 26th November 2023. Loved husband of Joy (dec). Loving father and father-in-law of Grant & Kathleen, Mark & Rachael, Cade & Dana, and Simone. Adored Pop of Abby, Jordyn, Taj, Edward, Daisy, and Koby. Loving brother of Brian and Joyce.

Family and friends of the late Terry Watson are warmly invited to the graveside service in celebration of his life which will be held at the Culcairn Cemetery 87 Culcairn Cemetery Rd, Culcairn, on Friday 1st December 2023 commencing at 10am.

    I am sorry I couldn’t be there today to say goodbye to Terry. I watched the funeral on live stream, it was a beautiful service. He was a lovely man and a great neighbour. Never a blade of grass out of place. He will be sadly missed. Thinking of you all.

    We vweren’t close Terry but you were a person I thought of with great fondness. I enjoyed the times we chatted and the time you told me you had overdone it with the lawn mix and had to mow every few days. Your lawn was immaculate and I am so happy you are reunited with your lovely wife who I could tell you missed immensly but never complained. You would no doubt be very proud of your kids for the beautiful service they gave today. Rest up soldier. Rest easy xoxo

    To Terry Watson’s family. Terry was one of the nicest people I have ever met here in Culcairn, a true officer and a gentleman. Teena and I sat and watched his funeral service this morning and it is very hard to accept the fact we will no longer see his happy face around town. His service was beautifully delivered, and there wasn’t a dry eye in my house as we watched it. Terry thankyou for your service in Vietnam, it sure was appreciated.🙂💙 May you rest in peace with your beautiful wife Joy who I had the privilege to know. All our love Teena, Joanne, Donna and Liz McQuillan, we all loved the man you were.xxxx🙏💙👋
