Passed away peacefully at Riverwood Aged Care on Tuesday 19th July 2022. Loved wife of Howard (dec). Much loved mother of Martin & Kate. Loved stepmother of Judith. Loved grandmother of Natalie and Howard.

Forever in our hearts.

The funeral will be held at the Evergreen Chapel, 359 Wantigong St North Albury on Thursday 28th July 2022 at 10.30am. A private cremation will follow. A livestream of the service will be available at www.ovrlstream.com.au/whitaker

    My dear grandma will be sorely missed. My earliest memory of Thea was when we would visit their beautiful house from Perth. I remember a wall of books and Thea calling out for Howard with both grandad and I answering.

    We’re sorry that she didn’t get to meet our family in person but so happy that she got to see our beautiful Harper through letters and photos. We enjoyed writing to Thea very much and sharing our family’s updates with her. She encouraged Howard not to give in with his taking up golf, he’ll keep that in mind next time he loses his ball in the water.

    You’ll be greatly missed Thea.
