    Dear Bev and family,
So very sad for you, I had known Ross and the Forbes family for more than 70 years, and have some lovely memories of our shared school years. A very well liked and respected man.
My most sincere condolences to you and your family, as well as Bruce and Ken

My deepest sympathy to all of Ross,s family. I have wonderful memories of the Narrandera swimming club and the Forbes family. Ross was a very good swimmer and a good friend although as we grow up we all seem to lose contact.

I have only just been informed of the loss of the beautiful Big Man Ross. Bev, I’m So sorry for your loss. Ross was a huge part of my early life. When you moved from Narrandera to be our neighbours, Ross was such a big influence on me. He was so kind and supportive. A real big brother type. The Howard Homes school Holidays Labourer Job he gave me. The footy talk. Looking after Trinnie when you all went on Holidays. Baby sitting Stuart and Teresa. The arrival of Megan. Your HK holden with the little bench behind the front seat to make a bed for Stu and Teresa to seep upon on your many drives away. All your Holden’s. I’d come and see them all. The Giant Red Bellied Black Snake you so effectively relocated from behind the Bus Stop in Murphy Street. What a great Soul you are! Love to Bev, Stu, Teresa and Megan and all the many people who loved you for being you. Rest well Big Soul, I’ll see you over the Horizon. Trev Mucchi (Mooks)
