Harris, Stanley Walter

5.7.1938 – 10.5.2020

Stan passed away in the arms of his adoring wife Dianne, Sunday 10th of May 2020 at 7am. A beautiful man and a true gentleman. Loved and respected by all who knew him. May he rest in peace. Lest we forget.

A small family service will be held. A Memorial Service open to all who knew him will be held when the current restrictions are lifted.

Dear Stan, loved and admired stepfather of Rochelle, Dean, Kristie and grandchildren Jack, Asha, Samara and Luka.

My heartfelt gratitude to Lutheran Aged Care, Dellacourt. Especially to Rachel and the wonderful carers at Waratah House. Without you all my loss would feel even greater. Thank you one and all. Di Harris

    A man of gentle strength, kindness and integrity who loved his family without constraint. To teach us he didn’t need to say anything, he simply lived his life, his actions speaking louder than anything that could be said.

    “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonour others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”

    This is what he did, A great man. the world is less because he is gone but greater for him having been here

    Beloved Father of Richard, Stephen, Narrelle, Bryce and Jason. Grandfather of Jess, Callan, Nicholas, Racheal, Miciah and Keziah and Hugo. We wil l miss his quiet influence…….
