HORN

HORN, David James (Billy)

Of Hamilton Valley, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday 26th April 2020, aged 64. Adored husband of Bronwyn. Loved father of Brad, Bianca, Daniel and Jason.
A friend to many, who will be sorely missed. Loving appreciation to the ICU staff at Albury Base Hospital.
A private family funeral service will take place, followed by a private cremation.
A special goodbye will be planned at a later date for family and friends, when we can gather together.

Those we love don’t go away,
they walk beside us every day.

Bill has been my friend since childhood. I have fond memories of the two of us riding our push bikes around Holbrook yabbying in every dam we could find. Most of the time we got a bucket full to sell to my grandfather so that he could use them for bait. The good times and fun continued as there was football (both codes) and cars.
Friendships and bonds developed at a young age last forever. As we get older we may not see our friends as often but you can easily pick up from where you left off. You can always draw on the past memories of good the times with your to give us strength on this very sad occasion. RIP Bill.

Love always Peter John Meredith (Pj)

I spent my earlier life in Holbrook and enjoyed the friendships of Billy Wendy Johnnie and Lyn. And a few other wild characters.. Plus of course Mavis xx Well a lot of time has passed since then. Then a few years back my little sister was enjoying life and told me of an amazing friend and colleague. who i found out was married to Billy Horn and over years she relayed countless stories of their life together. I was fortunate last June to attend Janets 60th birthday in Albury and had the pleasure of Billy and Bronwyns company. Bless you Billy Horn so glad we could catch up 💕

We will miss you Bill. Our neighbour of 20 years. You and Bron were always there if we need you.
Not to mention all the times Tim followed you around talking your ear off.

Deepest sympathy to Bronwyn & family. Bill was a great bloke. Always made us laugh. My parents (both deceased) and I had a special spot in our hearts for Bill. Always willing to lend a hand.
