8.7.1934 – 9.11.2021

Passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday 9th November 2021 in the company of his family and through the support shown by the community services of Interreach, Mercy Palliative Care and Albury Wodonga Health.

It is accomplished.

The funeral will take place at St Patrick’s Church, 515 Smollett Street at 11am Friday 19th November 2021. Celebrant will be Father Reece Beltrame. All current Covid restrictions will apply and proof of double vaccination will be required for entry.

    I wish to express my sympathies for John Keane -John was senior Draftsman for Steve OHallorahan & Assoc Architects back in the 1970s at Anzac House Albury -John was a skilled draftsman /designer who gave dedicated service to the Architectural firm for many years -whether it be a perspective, working dwgs, specifications or onsite insepctions -John was the man who had excellent knowledge of all aspects of his work -I remember him well -John taught me the trade all those years ago & I still remain deeply in debt to his patience & dedication in dealing with a young apprentice.
    His dad was also a skilled forman on Aquinas College,StBrigids additions and many other jobs we overseered
    John was very involved in the DLP for many years
    John gave great service to the various activities he became involved with and I will remember him with deep respect.

      I would like to endorse your comments as I too was an apprentice draughtsman whom John taught the trade to.
      He was a very patient person and generous with his time. I still have an old compass set he gave me when I left in 1973.
