A truly amazing man, he taught me so much, he taught me how to spray paint, to weld, to machine and even to do upholstery work! We built home extensions together, garden beds, decks, verandas and carports. We built sheds sheds together, even cut roofs off cars! Bill was always willing to help anyone, never expecting anything in return. He even found me work when i left the Bank. I’ll never forget his “can do” attitude, regardless how difficult the task at hand, Bill always found a way around it! Working with him at Overall Forge for many years, he could always “think outside the square” to work out an engineering solution and was not afraid to prove people wrong. He taught me about brakes, gearbox’s and differentials, we towed cars from one end of Victoria to the other! I have some wonderful memories of the many car trips we did together in those 22 years of my life, as will our children and all the car club members that met him along the way. Simply inspirational, thank you Bill for enriching our lives and for all the wonderful memories.

Cousin “Bill” we have not seen a lot of each other since your move up north, but every time we did catch up it was great to hear of Dorothy and family and of what you have been up to. I have the fondest of members of our younger years, with our trips from Sandy to Clayton and yours to Sandy, the youth club dances and the vague recollection of when your golden retriever decided to make a meal of your ‘ear’. We have laughed and cried together and you have always been my big ‘Cousin’, rest in peace. Jill and I send our love and c ondolences to Dorothy, Andrea, Suzanne and Bill xxx

Bill and Dorothy, Andrea, Suzanne and Billy were a very important part of our lives during our “Morry Years”. We shared so many times, Morry runs, Morry Musters and some fabulous trips. Bill was always so helpful getting our Paddy up and running plus the other Morries!!!!!!
Bill’s sense of humour and his laugh…just priceless. Rest in Peace dear Bill. Love from Terry and Sue Clarkson.
