Passed away suddenly at the Albury Base Hospital. Beloved wife of Ivan. Loving mother and mother-in-law of Julie & Ron, Jenny & Mark, Chris (dec), Glennis & Neil, Craig & Kashir. Loved Nan to Jack, Madison, Kristy, Ben, Nathan, Shaun, Bowen, Taylor and her great-grandbaby Cody.

Family and friends of Irene are invited to attend her Graveside Service which will be held at Glenmorus Gardens Cemetery, 54 Glenmorus St Glenroy on Tuesday 26th March 2024 commencing at 10.30 am.

    She was my biological nana who I had only met once at 15/16 and was hoping to meet again. Maybe in another life now. Condolences to all her family and friends. Thanks for giving me my first drink of Baileys Nanna simmonds.

    Hope U have a wonderful service Irene I’m sure U will rip , maybe our paths will cross again someday in a different world and a different life 💕 who knows Im glad U gave me life I’m thankful for that
